notes: i've seen something similar done with tegoshi and i thought -why not?- they're the same age so it's not like it couldn't work. the aim was to be concise with my words but too much time passes so it feels like a choppy fic of broken sentences. it's lacking in description in certain areas (fairly dark and emotionally detached) but as with most fics, i've spent so long looking at it that i'm finding it hard to care for it anymore. especially when it's being such a bitch to code.

I bought me a hard drive enclosure in an attempt to recover my old files from the broken computer while buying a new laptop. I'm just waiting for it to arrive in the post. The enclosure not the laptop. The laptop is shiny. I had to lug it back from Westfield. I went with mother to buy it who said 'buying a laptop now is like buying bread'. Yes, it was very easy. We were there for 15 minutes. I remember buying the first laptop some years ago. We were in PC World for a full hour.

notes: i debated long and hard about this. i've had this finished for a while but i wasn't sure if this was the way i wanted things to go. however, this is how i planned it from the beginning and i think i'd be disappointed with myself if i didn't do it like this. i completely understand if people are irked by the change in atmosphere (i can't really do spooky), this is one of those chapters that isn't fun but is necessary. the beginning of the end. the next two chapters are better. references to to medicinal drugs available in the uk.

notes: as requested by fairy_illusions and praghufanfic. a nishikato spin-off/complimentary/remix fic to perhaps is the cut, suture and close of a jib and love is a crash in a café. it doesn't really go with the prompt i was given: 'shige is tired and hurt of ryo not saying what he feels and wants to move on. ryo makes him stay' but i hope it's okay. not so much medical jargon this time because i can only steal so many lines from medical shows. this is the fic that i had my mid-fic crisis during so quality deteriorates about three-quarters in. i sincerely apologise.
